Lina Ponder is a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with developmental concerns in young children and adults. She has published in the area of parent-child relationships. As a professor of graduate clinical training, Lina is passionate about teaching and training students/parents to know how to respond to the psychological needs of their patients/kids. Lina enjoys empowering soon-to-be and new parents addressing perinatal and postpartum matters.

Utilizing her expertise on the critical role early life experiences plays in the quality of relationships and well-being throughout life, Lina works psychoanalytically with adult patients. Her depth approach enables her patients to transform their painful childhood trauma and beginnings.

Lina also brings her background in mindfulness and other contemplative meditative practices to her work in helping others find their peace, healing and deep satisfaction in life. She curates and leads personal and group retreats.
